This beautiful rainbow salad is known in Myanmar as "A Thoke Sone,” which means a salad with everything in it. It had purple cabbage, red rice, two kinds of noodles, diced potatoes, house chickpea tofu, bell peppers, julienned carrots, fried garlic, and cilantro. Served with house dressing. This was as delicious as it was beautiful, with a wide spectrum of flavors and textures as well as colors. I show it before and after mixing.
