Shortbread Fudge Sandwich Cookie au Hark! Cafe — Avis de Iszy (12 nov. 2022)

These cookies are so cute and we're a nice little dessert to follow our light pre-concert meal. These cookies are $3 each or 4/$10. We ended up getting four so we could eat two in the cafe while we finished our second round of cocktails, then we took the remaining two into the show with us for a late night snack if we needed it. I enjoyed the density of the shortbread. It made it cleaner to eat that traditional crumbly shortbread. The fudge was nice and dark which made my mouth water. They are served cold from the display case. I liked them better after they warmed up.
