
This unfortunately was a huge miss for me. I was excited to try a new nut milk because variety is important and pistachios are delicious, but this was just bland tasting and had a terrible chalky texture! It has a surprising amount of calories for how bland it tastes- mostly from fat. I think I will just stick to eating plain pistachios in the future. This is bad in coffee, but it would probably be okay in smoothies if you need extra calories.
