I tried this when I was in Riga, but I don’t think I would buy it again. It was creamy but it lacked the sweetness to it - felt kind of eating a frozen soy cream for cooking. The chocolate on top was good, pity the actual ice cream was bland. Hopefully they’ll improve the recipe!
