This was a cold noodle salad with house-made sesame ponzu dressing, cabbage, pickled carrot and daikon, fried onion, scallion, and sesame seeds, plus savory, seasoned vegan popcorn 🐥. The chewy and firm organic noodles were deliciously seasoned and the vegan popcorn 🐥 was crispy outside, tender and meaty inside. #saveveganrestaurants
