Review of Banza Penne - Banza by pattyb

Banza makes several varieties of pasta from chickpeas, all good! This broccoli penne dish is easy to make in one pot by adding broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking, drain & set aside. Sauté garlic in vegan butter, add the pasta back into the pan with juice & zest of one lemon. Toss & top with vegan Parmesan. Simply delish!
