I'm suspicious about vegan sausages because I tried a few of them that were pretry terrible considering what I expected. These were not too bad, but the flavor feels too sweet and like they added multiple different spices that don't belong in a sausage. There's some walnut flavor too, really weird. They have 30g(!) of protein per 100g. Good to try, they are very fulfilling. Organic is a plus.
