Seitan sausage

Not a bad fix when you are looking for a “sausage” replacement.

Ottime salsiccine di seitan. Sapore buono consistenza così così.

I'm suspicious about vegan sausages because I tried a few of them that were pretry terrible considering what I expected. These were not too bad, but the flavor feels too sweet and like they added multiple different spices that don't belong in a sausage. There's some walnut flavor too, really weird. They have 30g(!) of protein per 100g. Good to try, they are very fulfilling. Organic is a plus. #vegansausage #sausage #veganisnotscary

The texture and look is perfect and actually the flavor too, but they are way too spicy for me 🥵 Yet they are full of proteins!
