
These were 4 Cantonese style dumplings consisting of a meatball of non-GMO fermented soy protein, tapioca-based vegan 🦐, and 🥕 wrapped in a thin wheat-based skin, with 🐟-free tapioca roe on top. Served with a lively tangy scallion ginger vinegar dipping sauce. They were hearty and flavorful. #saveveganrestaurants
