This consisted of breaded house-made 🌱-based 🐥, chipotle mayo, un-fried beans, queso, cabbage, and pickled onions, plus guacamole on fluffy, brioche-like 🌱-based cemita seeded bread inspired by Puebla, Mexico. The 🌱-based 🐥 was crispy outside, tender and meaty inside. The mix of meaty, creamy, cheesy, and crisp made this hearty and satisfying. #saveveganrestaurants
