Usually I have lunch at home but today was such a busy day at Uni that I didn’t get to go home until 8pm - so I ordered Uber Eats to the study hall 🤤 This poké bowl had a sushi rice and kale base 🍚 Topped with vegan salmon 🍣, avocado 🥑, edamame, spring onions 🧅, seaweed flakes, sesame seeds. I added steamed broccoli 🥦 and wakame! Comes with a vegan sriracha sauce. I had a coupon so my whole order was less than 10€ 💵
