This eggplant hummus bowl was fantastic. Quite possibly the best hummus I've ever had. You can order a meal as a bowl, platter, salad, or sandwich. The hummus bowl came with one piece of pita bread. Everything at Tamam is 100% vegan. Note that there is very limited indoor seating and is a counter-serve style restaurant.
