This vegan version of a Colombian favorite is made with a savory, meaty vegan sausage, and lots of crispy papitas slathered in sweet and refreshing pineapple chutney, and creamy, savory 🌱-based garlic mayo and pink sauce between steamed buns. The combination of meaty, creamy, fruity, and crispy was fantastic. #saveveganrestaurants
