👍 Usually the cheapest yogurt option in Tesco (£1.25), unsweetened so good for savoury food, high in protein and a source of a few vits and mins.
👎 Lumpy texture that has to be stirred back together, pretty thin and watery. Plastic tub involved too but that's hard to avoid with yogurt.
