Soya Alternative To Plain Yogurt

Happy this contains iodine, as well as B12, calcium and vitamin D! Like that it has bacterial cultures. Tastes very neutral, as I suppose plain yogurt should. Comparable to plain alpro though much cheaper. Tbh I find the flavour unpleasant on its own but good with some added sweetness. Definitely a good texture for mixing with fruits and granola. #yogurt #ditchdairy

👍 Usually the cheapest yogurt option in Tesco (£1.25), unsweetened so good for savoury food, high in protein and a source of a few vits and mins. 👎 Lumpy texture that has to be stirred back together, pretty thin and watery.
