I would never eat type of sandwich pre vegan because I was never big on eggs, but I know what the filling tasted like. I can’t believe how close this is! I had to keep reminding myself it wasn’t egg so I could finish it. Not that it wasn’t good, just that eggs always weirded me out. A hard to find but decent sandwich 😊 #veganisnotscary
