Lasagnetta Veggyspeck e Besciamella alla Zucca au Trattoria Da Zia Allari — Avis de irene80 (18 nov. 2021)

(Piatto NON presente nel menù alla carta... speriamo lo inseriscano!).
Ottime lasagne, il gusto salato dello speck ( Valsoia) viene attenuato dalla dolcezza della besciamella alla zucca.
Un mix davvero gustoso!

(Dish NOT present in the à la carte menu ... we hope they will add it!). Excellent lasagna, the salty taste of speck (Valsoia) is attenuated by the sweetness of the pumpkin béchamel. A really tasty mix!
