This consisted of savory braised jackfruit standing in for 🐥 with caramelized onions in a spicy chipotle sauce. Served with a layer of Mexican red rice, vegan sour cream, and salsa. Full of wonderful flavors and gluten-free too. #saveveganrestaurants
