This consisted of cool and crisp iceberg lettuce, sweet and tender roasted beets, smoky seitan, crispy rye crumbles, pickled onion, and piquant Russian dressing. It was so tasty and refreshing, especially wonderful during a heat wave. #saveveganrestaurants
