‘Fish’ and Chips au The Botanist — Avis de vishika (4 août 2021)

Decent attempt at banana blossom fish. The chips are great, the dipping sauce goes well. But it's a little too oily. The owners did a good job over at their other restaurant (mockingbird) making this into a burger.
