Review of Gochujang - Sempio by david-
Itâs gochujang! đ°đ· It is one of the backbone ingredients of Korean cooking. đ¶ I love the kick and depth of flavor that it adds to everything itâs stirred into. Itâs a red chile paste that also contains glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, salt, and sometimes sweeteners. Itâs a thick, sticky condiment thatâs spicy and very concentrated and pungent in flavor. đȘ #abillionturns3
