This mock duck made from vital wheat gluten was probably one of the first meat alternatives I’ve tried 🦆. Can’t believe I didn’t review it yet lol. It comes in a can, smells weird when first opened but tastes great when prepared well. It turns crispy and delicious! 😋 It’s made in Taiwan 🇹🇼 #impactfulapril
