Another sushi #lunch 🍱 😍
This roll was great !! can be improved with a bit of avocado but it was fine.
The roll is huge and a good price!!

A quick #nerdyfact about the Nori algae: the scientific name of the most common algae used as food is [Porphyta spp.] a naturally red algae, when is dried turns black and cooked a greenish color.
Japan is the main producer of nori (350 000 ton/year).
Algae are the biggest producer of oxygen — yes, more than terrestrial plants 🌱 plus now a lot of research is being done in order to use algae and microalgae as biofuel factories.
