Good product !! Another one from the vegan menu in the Sushi itto restaurant. It came with a tofu sauce which complemented great. But —- need to say that they send prepared soy sauce in an individual package— reading the ingredients : milk 🥛!! Like what 😮 they send the vegan product plus soy sauce with milk byproducts 🤯 crazy. Third photo show the soy sauce 😰 if you receive it do not use it

Another product from the “Vegan menu” — a delicious #friedrice with veggies 😋😋😋 The flavor was delicious 🤤 I could eat this everyday is really good!! Plus the price is affordable too. #japanesefood 💕

These kimochi kiu rolls were fine. Found them in the vegan menu 💚 However the menu said with some kind of tofu sauce and they did not have any 🥲 Rice paper roll Filled fresh veggies 💕 probably will buy them again adding a nice topping 🤔 #springrolls #japanesefood

A refreshing vegan #beer — checked on #barnivore ✅ del Pacífico is a beer produced since 1899 in Mazatlán Sinaloa - a beautiful place with lovely beaches. Pacifico is a soft pilsner beer with 4.5% alcohol. It was super delicious in a very sunny day.

Nice looking #salad with #fresh ingredients but ..... to simple for me 😒 The thing is that they only added : 4 small slices of mushrooms 😢 4 halves of cherry tomates 4 tiny pieces of asparagus 4 tiny tiny pieces of broccoli And a small thing on top of carrot 😢 -Come on!! Veggies are super affordable in Mexico!! definitely a #tryharder The presentation was perfect but 90% of the salad was lettuce 😣 and 5% spinach I hate the old saying “vegans only eat lettuce” 😿 well that is why I asked for a beer and a vegan roll too 😅 However won’t buy this #healthy salad again!! #lunch #mexico

Another sushi #lunch 🍱 😍 This roll was great !! can be improved with a bit of avocado but it was fine. The roll is huge and a good price!! A quick #nerdyfact about the Nori algae: the scientific name of the most common algae used as food is [Porphyta spp.] a naturally red algae, when is dried turns black and cooked a greenish color. Japan is the main producer of nori (350 000 ton/year). Algae are the biggest producer of oxygen — yes, more than terrestrial plants 🌱 plus now a lot of research is being done in order to use algae and microalgae as biofuel factories. #japanesefood

Totally in love ❤️❤️ So happy to find out that Sushi itto has a small “vegan menu” probably if you are not in Mexico you will think -“bah” 😐 But for me it is a huge discovery 🙋🏽‍♀️ This vegan mix was awesome for a lovely #vegandinner 😍 The whole dish consisted of : -A small green salad -edamame with onion -10 huge pieces of veggie roll No more words can describe how happy I am to find a vegan menu around 🥲 plus the price is super affordable 👏🏽 Will be back soon 😋 #mexico #mexican #dinner #cheapandgood
