The opportunity to give my opinion on this organic vanilla soy milk, which is perfect for this recipe! 🙂
Recipe from French blog
-> wheredoyougetyourproteins.blogspot.com 👩🍳 :
- 750g + 100g of vanilla soy milk
- 150g deodorized melted coconut oil
- a tablespoon of vanilla aromas
- 55g of cornstarch
- 8g of flour
- 100g of sugar
- a vegan puff pastry
Preparation:
1. Heat 750 grams of vanilla soy milk, coconut oil and vanilla in a saucepan.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch. Add the remaining grams of milk and mix with a whisk.
3. Add the starch / milk mixture to the saucepan and mix continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens (the consistency approaches that of a Danette).
Incorporate the sugar at the end of cooking.
Pour the cream into a salad bowl, film on contact and let cool completely.
4. Place the puff pastry in a high-sided pie dish or baking ring.
Pour the cooled cream (you can whip it a little beforehand to relax it) over the puff pastry.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 170° for one hour.
Let cool completely before eating.
