Panipuri au Raj Restaurant — Avis de flexivegan (25 févr. 2021)

It's my fav appetizer and evening snack. It's 6$ per plate which is too pricey but I love it.
Actually most indian street foods are vegan. So is this one. Crunchy puris with mashed potatoes fillings and tamarind juice, coriander juice to fill the rest of the puri. Best served hot. Not cold like these restaurants do.
