This is up there for my favorite vegan mozz! It melts absolutely beautifully and is perfect for homemade pizza (it really stands out when making a white pizza). The melted texture is a little gummy, so the trick is actually to use less cheese on your pizza/sandwiches, which also makes the bag last longer. Follow Your Heart is still my top choice but this is now a close second, especially for a soy-free option. 💲4 at Trader Joe’s
