French “Diiip” Special au Dingers Deli — Avis de pdxveg (27 sept. 2020)

This consisted of roast “beif”, caramelized onions, melted vegan cheese, and horseradish aioli in a bun with au-jus. This should satisfy the most carnivorous of cravings. It had plenty of the umami taste associated with meat.
