Tofu Suya au AKADI PDX — Avis de pdxveg (3 juin 2020)

This consisted of tofu marinated in house-made kankankan spice and then grilled. Served with plantains (gluten-free). The tofu had a very satisfying smoky umami taste, different from any tofu we’ve had before, showing yet again how versatile tofu can be. It went well with the delicious sweet fried plantains.
