Alfajores au Ditto — Avis de pdxveg (30 mai 2020)

These were made by Tume (a POC and women-owned small and local business). They are almond-based shortbread cookies with coconut-based manjar blanco (Peru’s dulce de leche infused with cloves and cinnamon) filling and rolled with coconut flakes. The shortbread cookies had that rich buttery taste and soft crumbly bite of the non-vegan kind and the filling was exquisite.
