Vegan San Pedro Salad au Pizza Luce — Avis de Iszy (20 mars 2020)

I look forward to this salad every spring since it is seasonal. It has bell peppers, Pico de Gallo, vegan cheese, jerk tofu, and Fritos, on top of artisan greens in cilantro lime dressing. I love the dressing so much and it goes great with the jerk tofu and fritos
