Chili Sin Carne au fig + farro — Avis de Iszy (5 mars 2020)

This is an absolutely stunning chili to look at. The chili itself also was amazing. I love how the cashew crema and avocado work together to make it extra creamy. There is a sweet corn cake on the bottom and in small bites it's good with the chili, but it is fairly sweet and dense, so I couldn't finish it. However I really like the idea and thoroughly enjoyed the chili overall
