House Quesadilla au Leaf & Lentil — Avis de Iszy (3 mars 2020)

I don't think a non-vegan would be able to tell that this wasn't made with non-dairy cheese. This was so gooey and melty and had just the right amount of spice. I loved the sauce and beans on top as well, and it looked beautiful!
