Rendang Chee Cheong Fun au Idealite 品味舒食@ Moulmein — Avis de Steven Neoh (2 déc. 2019)

The rendang was flavourful without being overly rich. I am usually very sensitive to coriander but in this instance I actually didn't mind it too much. The carrots, potatoes, and aubergines were boiled to just the right level of tenderness. And the monkey head mushrooms really stole the show. I would come back for this any day.
