Good oat milk is hard to come around, so finding this gem at #TraderJoes was lucky! It has a smooth consistency which is the hardest to find in an #oatmilk, and has the perfect touch of sweetness. I was glad to see it has significantly less sodium and 1 extra gram of protein, compared to my usual almond breeze milk. It does have a higher calorie count, but I’ll take the extra energy! I’m trying to move to #oat rather than almond milk, since one almond requires 14.5 ltrs, while a whole ltr of oat milk needs 48 ltrs of water in total! #mylk #staple #veganstaples
