Review of Nut and seed flatbread with cashew nut hummus, avocado, tomato, and rocket at COMO Uma Ubud by akm
This dish looks like a tiny portion and deceivingly simple but was anything but that. A firm yet crumbly flatbread base topped with cashew cream, tomatoes, hummus, rucola and parsley were all a perfect balance of ingredients. The flatbread with its creamy taste was the winner on the plate, I could finish a bowlful of just that!
