Fantastic breakfast food or great for lunch. Three freshly cooked rashers on a roll of your choice- crusty or soft (crusty for me) with ketchup or brown sauce. So good I had to go back for another one as my daughter ate most of the first one. Coughlans have collaborated with This UK again to bring us this absolutely amazing sandwich filling. Their chicken pieces mixed with sweetcorn in a vegan Mayo with a hint of oregano.
