Had this delicious pasta from Pastan Barbican last week! Everything about it was delicious. The sauce, the vegan “chicken” chunks and even the vegan “parmesan” they gave me on the side was nice. Would definitely recommend this place to lovers of Italian food!

Ok, questo é l'unico piatto per cui non ci siamo pentiti di aver scelto questo tra i mille locali vegan di Londra! 🤣 immaginate dei piccoli krapfen con dentro la crema lotus...una goduria infinita!

No, con il gusto proprio non ci siamo! Il condimento era dolcissimo...sembrava una besciamella fatta con latte di soia zuccherato. Una grande delusione. Il seitan sopra mi é sembrato buono. Ah...la cosa migliore era il finto parmigiano da aggiungere sopra!

Buonissimi i pomodori, buona la mozzarella fake...il piatto era ben condito. Ma la mozzarella non potrei definirla una "finta bufala"...diciamo che un onnivoro avrebbe avuto da ridire sul nome che le é stato dato! Ed era anche un po' cara...16 pound

We were pretty full and weren’t intending on getting dessert, but I’m so glad I was convinced to as it would’ve been a crime to miss out on this! Looks unassuming but everything from the dough to the biscoff speculoos oozing out of every bite was perfection. Served piping hot too which makes all the difference. Dreaming of when I can have this again 🤤

Mind-blowingly good 🤯 10 pieces of pea and shallot ravioli dressed with salsa verde, peas and asparagus. Who knew something could taste so green yet so comforting?? The name of dish ‘Green Velvet’ perfectly describes the experience

Perhaps the best vegan carbonara I’ve had! The sauce was the perfect consistency: creamy and coated the pasta nicely without being sticky or gloopy. Good amount of black pepper as well which helped the dish not be as cloying as carbonaras could be. If you’re a fan of cream based pasta, this is for you.

Fries? Nah, as far as fried potatoes goes these guys had a unique take of fried gnocchi. The softer dumpling like texture threw me off at first but the more I had it, the more I got into the textural contrast with the crispy exterior. We chose the pomodoro sauce option which was the right choice! - the acidity of the tomatoes was a nice cut through all the carbs

Simplicity at it’s best - a selection of tomatoes all of which tasted like they came straight from the farm, housemade vegan buffalo mozzarella which tasted like the real deal, fresh basil and good quality olive oil. Lovely fresh appetisier, perfect to complement their signature pasta dishes 🤌🏽

This cheese and tomato-rich sauce is spiced up with #harissa and topped with fresh rosemary and 'chorizo'. 🌶️ We subbed in gluten free pasta for free, which was great. My fave dish from here that I’ve tried. #pasta #spicy #chorizo
