Another pay by weight vegan meal but this time it’s at Ethos!! They have a super big selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The star of the night is this perfectly miso-glazed grilled aubergine (hidden under the bed of kale salad) 🍆💞😌 Def on the pricier side (this small plate was £7.50) but was enough to fill my tummy!
