Delicious! I dove in head first into this explosive vegan wrap filled with perfectly cooked diced veggies which I added scrambled tofu and avocado to. Wow, I was so impressed by this dish! They used Impossible Meat to make a meatloaf that honestly tastes better than real meat I've had before. The flavor and texture is great, and the mashed sweet potatoes tasted very natural too. I think this is my first 5-star review haha but genuinely amazed at what can be done with mock meats these days! Very worth it too, with a 3 course lunch set at $150. #veganuary

I love gnocchi and it's so hard to find in Hong Kong, especially a vegan one! This dish is really interesting too because they use Thai red curry as the sauce (it's a bit spicy for me but worth it). True fusion food haha. The gnocchi doesn't taste super fresh but I was so excited at the prospect of this chewy pasta I didn't mind. #veganuary
