Delicious 😋 green juice 🥤 from Verde Bendito! I ordered the Solecito Mío juice which consists of #pineapple, #greenapple, #mint, #spinach🍃, #kale, and #cucumber🥒. I asked that they add lime and ginger, but the ginger flavor did not come through and I barely could taste the pineapple 🍍 and apple 🍏. I know it was their 1st day open after remodeling so I get it that they were short on some ingredients. It was still good and nice presentation! So glad we got to try this place out before heading back to the states! Today was Verde Bendito’s 1st day open after remodeling and it’s super cute ☺️ I love ❤️ the ambiance and the staff super friendly and attentive. I ordered this Babaganush Bowl and it was absolutely delicious 😋!! The falafel 🧆 very tasty and cooked perfectly! The herbs 🌿 in the falafel mix were also spot on! With grilled #eggplant 🍆,, #carrots. #brownrice (seasoned perfectly), sliced #avocado with #babaganush (yum 😋)in the center and a side salad 🥗! The dressing on the side salad was soo good! Type of berry vinaigrette I think 🤔. Totally forgot to ask! Some ingredients were missing but I understood that it was their 1st day open and they were short some things. Dejando de lado el servicio del restaurante (que se me hizo pésimo :P), este toast estaba muy rico. Hasta después me di cuenta de que se supone que llevaba pepino también pero al mío no le pusieron. Igual de lo que tenía estaba rico, el pan sabía bien pero estaba súper tostado y algo duro 😅
