Very dissapointing. The service is slow, the place is expensive, and most importantly the food wasn't good. The only part I liked about the Viva Las Vegan was the picture, and the fries. But you can get much better fries in Belgium than this. Wasbar does have an acceptable amount of vegan options; a bagel, a bagel with falafel which I had, a croissant, and a salad, as well as some sides like hummus. They are also open longer than many cafés, and have many locations. But unless it is the only available option, I don't recommend it, especially in a city like Ghent where there are a relatively good amount of vegan options available.
