
I’m so happy to finally be trying some Filipino food! It’s been hard finding vegan versions of Filipino classics. This was a hearty breakfast! These are the most eggy scrambled eggs I’ve tried, provably due to the Kala namak salt! The rice was really garlicky and the “beef” chewy, smoky, and charred so nicely. Absolutely delicious! The vinegar sauce was really yummy too and helped balance the rich flavours. #breakfastofchampions
