The most expensive and prettiest Kueh salat I have tried. The rice was perfect and the kaya top was very smooth and silky. I prefer the normal thicker kaya version. (Not sure if the coconut ice-cream was vegan. ) #vegandessert

For such an upscale place, they definitely can DO BETTER with their veg options. Most of the items on the vegetarian menu contained egg, and this veg curry was really simple and felt cheap for the price paid. 🥵

This was a complimentary dish and it is not on the menu (I am hoping it will be) The coconut sorbet was so fresh and it is one of the best I’ve ever had. Please add it permanently to your dessert menu!

The fried rice was interesting with cherry tomatoes and wing beans instead of usual ingredients. I felt I was transported back to Indonesia with the taste but the portion was small for my husband and I (we had to order another bowl of rice to share)

Veganized! Fried Rice

This was the other chilli paste dish (other than the mushrooms). Consists of long beans, eggplant, ladies finger and Kang Kong, so it did somehow taste different. Loved the spice here but may go for the lemongrass eggplant the next time!

We had both the chilli paste mushroom and the mix veg (which also has chilli paste) but they seem to taste different! I think the mushrooms give it a umami flavour, my husband and I really enjoyed it!

Again, I'm not a 100% sure of the name because the vegetarian menu is not available online. These were really tasty– with a nice kick and a hint of sweetness. The portion was TINY though.

It was really flavourful by itself and didn't need any accompaniments. It comes with a fried egg which we got on the side and my non vegan friend ate it. The portion was fairly small so we had to get another one (and it's not cheap!!).

This was delicious!! I don't remember the exact name because I forgot to take a picture of their vegetarian menu (which is vegan except for egg in two of the dishes). It was creamy, spiced really well with lots of vegetables like aubergines, green beans and mushrooms...yummm! I find it a little odd that you can't find a copy of their vegetarian menu anywhere online, it's almost like they don't want people to know that they have fantastic vegan friendly options 😕

The vegan version is made with Karana which tastes rather meaty and very unlike jackfruit!! I enjoyed the texture and flavours but two of my non vegan friends didn't like it. It didn't blow my mind, but I was pretty excited to finally try Karana!
