First trip to the Vegan Pastry Lab. Huge pastries. Had several gf choices; the peanut butter n jelly bar is gf, the cinnamon roll is not. I liked the pb n j bar cause the “cake” was not too sweet and real peanut buttery, but the jelly added the sweet - just like a pb n j sandwich. The roll was not dry like many are and with a touch of sweet icing on top. And I love chocolate- a gf brownie with some icing and chocolate chips on top satisfied that craving. Tried the cheesecake to; it was gf - nice and light, not dense.
