This stuff is so good. It says young dutch on the packaging, but it reminds me more of old cheese actually. Willicroft makes one of the best cheeses in my opinion. Sadly I never see Willicroft in the Jumbo, but if I see it I will definitely buy this again. #vegancheese #yummy #willicroft

That's for sure one of the best vegan cheese I've tried so far! It was very pricey for such a small amount, but I believe it was worth it. It has a specific and very actually cheesy taste 🤤 It's grated, so it's really convenient and the shreds do not stick to each other a lot + it melts nicely. I did really like it taste-wise, but structure was okay. It was a bit crumply even when melted.
