Vegan Italian Bolognese Ravioli

I've seen so much hype about these so it was nice to finally try them! The sauce in this ravioli wasn't as meaty as I was expecting. They were still nice however! I do think I prefer the spinach and cashew. I prefer a cheesy ravioli to a meaty one. They're both the same price at $3.99. For the sauce, I heated up TJ's tomato basil marinara with fried garlic and capers. I melted in some Boursin vegan cheese for a creamier pasta. That added a lot of nice flavor! The bolognese is super tasty. We used a spring mix, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and olive oil to make pesto. It was even approved by our 7M old. Thanks Trader Joe’s!

These were delicious! 100% would go back and buy uo more of these from #traderjoes. They smell so good even as they are cooking and taste just like #bolognese. I did not read too much into the ingredients but I know they are stuffed with lentils and some veggies. #ravioli

I enjoyed these.. and yes I did add sauce and #veganparmesan .. mades enough for two or three people.. I hope these stay around awhile #traderjoes seems to get rid of the good vegan stuff.. #veganravioli

i think i learned of this from @kyu. i am a #pastalover, especially stuffed pasta. it's fun to eat and quick to prepare. i tried it once with #mushrooms and again with garden fresh tomatoes, #fakemeat, and fresh #basil. i would definitely but it again. you can actually taste the filling. #carbsforlife #carblover
