Porcini Mushroom & Spinach Quiche

This quiche was quite lovely. Super easy to bake and tasted great, but definitely helps to have a fresh salad/side to go with it.

Tasty, creamy & easy to cook. I really love this as an easy meal. It’s well seasoned, lots of flavour & the pastry is perfect, nicely softened by the sauce & not too crumbly. My favourite part is the chunky porcini mushroom pieces.

This pie was perfect for a vegan when the rest of the family had chosen fish for their supper. It meant we shared the same accompanying vegetables of new potatoes, broccoli and runner beans. The pie is well designed for contrasting texture. A melt in your mouth light pastry casing, rich porcini mushroom and oat gravy. The topping is a triumph - crispy kale crumb. Really enjoyable with good flavours and consistency - I got this on olio so unsure about the price!
