Original pan-fry gnocchi

I love gnocchi and I wanted to try it in a soup! These gnocchi were found at Target. It's nice that eggless gnocchi isn't too hard to find! These do not need to be boiled at all, they are just toasted in a skillet. I like this type of gnocchi because I like a crispy outside. It didn't matter too much for our soup making purpose though. These were still a great choice! Excellent vegan gnocchi prefect for an Italian food night.

These caught my attention because of a new recipe label and it turns out they're vegan despite only being labeled veggie! I only found out gnocchi was a thing after I turned vegan and these are the first vegan friendly one's I've found.
