Organic Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

Not something you use everyday but when called for, this one is great!

I spoke about this #product today! Jesse and I went to Beertown for lunch and I ordered a #vegan ceasar and the waiter said the restaurant is moving towards making all of their Ceasars vegan and they are just waiting to find a vegan worcestershire sauce! I told them to google "wizard vegan worcestershire" and they will be set lol I used this in a homemade #mushroom #stroganoff. The recipe called for it and I was excited to finally use this product!!! Lol I bought this from coven in Hamilton and it was $9 or somewhere around there. Let me know if anyone has any other ideas for this #sauce lol!

Great for analogue meats. I combine this with soy sauce, liquid smoke, plant-based Caesar, and sliced portobello mushrooms to make a vegan portabello caesar salad.

I honestly am not super familiar with Worcestershire sauce. I have never used the non-vegan version in cooking. I bought this from the Edward & Son's site while stocking up on bullion and gravy mixes just to have it on hand. When I recently found myself with a half pound of lion's mane #mushroom, I thought it was the perfect time to use it to make crab cakes! They did taste pretty fishy, so I think the Worcestershire sauce tastes how it should! I had to go taste this sauce for this review, since I’ve only used it when the recipe calls for it. And never tasted it by itself. I can say that it is piquant as expected. I love tamarind in sauces!
